Have someone there to help you – sit on the edge of the bed or floor – lean to one side – then to the other side – clear down – which way seems to make you more dizzy? Lay flat on the bed or floor on the side that you were most dizzy – use a timer and time it for 3 min. – then roll to your back 3 min – then to the other side 3 min – then sit up for 3 min – then repeat – you will spin like crazy and want to cry and stop – it helped me to hold my head while going through it – when I finished I felt relief from dizziness – my head still felt tension the rest of the day – in the morning I felt much better. He recommended to sleep with two pillows to keep your head elevated – and for a few days do not bend down – without keeping your head up. If your miserable it is worth a try.
